A decade ago I was working in fertility ultrasound — tracking every cycle, trying to control everything I could, and still not pregnant. I know what it's like to carry that kind of pressure, and to feel like you have to keep proving you're "fine."
What helped wasn't more tracking or more control. It was learning how to regulate my nervous system and meet my body with less fear instead of more pressure. Now I guide women through that same shift with meditation and breathwork.
